Every STS engagement begins with intake and discovery, followed by a paid Solution Blueprint. Before implementation begins, the Blueprint documents the recommended workflow, scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment. The Blueprint fee is included in the total project investment when implementation proceeds with STS.

How engagements work

Complete a structured inquiry form in approximately 15 minutes. Share the current process, the result it needs to produce, and the systems involved. After submitting the form, schedule your discovery call.

During a complimentary one hour discovery call, we examine the workflow, constraints, governance requirements, and intended result. Recommendations and pricing are not provided during the call. Within 5 to 7 business days after the call, STS sends a written follow up with the recommended engagement model, preliminary implementation range, exact Solution Blueprint fee, and expected Blueprint delivery timeline.

After you accept the written recommendation and pay the Blueprint fee, STS begins the detailed mapping and design. Once all requested information and materials have been received, the completed Blueprint is delivered within 7 to 10 business days.

After you select an implementation option and approve the implementation agreement, STS configures, tests, and launches the system. You receive an SOP and live handoff at launch, followed by 30 calendar days of stabilization support.
Timelines and support
Delivery begins after payment and receipt of all requested information and materials.

Recommended workflow, roles, governance requirements, approval paths, application connections, exception routes, implementation options, scope, timeline, and investment.
The exact Blueprint fee is provided in the written follow up after discovery.
When implementation timing begins
Implementation timelines begin after the Solution Blueprint and implementation agreement are approved, required payment is received, and all necessary access and materials are available.
