The STS approach
STS maps current operations and defines what the process must accomplish. The solution is then designed and implemented around decision points, approval paths, data movement, institutional requirements, documentation, and audit trails.

We trace how information enters, moves, is reviewed, approved, and recorded across stakeholders, teams, applications, timelines, and handoffs. We compare the current workflow with the intended result to identify what must change.

We translate the findings into a visual STS Solution Blueprint showing the redesigned workflow, ownership, approval paths, application connections, exception routes, documentation requirements, implementation scope, timeline, and quote.

We configure the applications, build and test the automation, and launch the workflow. Every implementation includes an SOP, a live handoff, and 30 calendar days of stabilization support. Additional staff training, extended support, and ongoing optimization are available as separately scoped services.
